Zhuanggu medicinal wine (formerly known as "tiger bone wine") is one of the "top ten trumps" of Tongrentang. Tongrentang has written records that the history of producing Zhuanggu medicinal wine has been 254 years. In 1993, according to the notice of the State Council on banning the trade of rhinoceros horn and tiger bone, the tiger bone in the prescription was changed to leopard bone, and was renamed Zhuanggu medicinal wine. The formula of Tongrentang bone strengthening medicinal wine needs more than 100 precious animal and plant medicinal materials, which are refined through the processes of paste making, glue making, pill making and "two-step wine cooking". He won the prize at the Leipzig International Fair as early as 1924. After the founding of new China, he won the National Gold Award for high-quality products for many times.
